Do I need to connect App Store Connect?
No. You can add any app by name or App Store link and prepare all of your store text without sharing a key. Connect App Store Connect when you want to pull live metadata and screenshots or push changes back.
How is my App Store Connect key protected?
Keys are stored with envelope encryption using Google Cloud KMS and are only decrypted on our servers when you ask Appsium to talk to Apple on your behalf. You can remove a key at any time.
What is a credit, and what happens when I run out?
Credits are a single balance for every AI action, from rewriting a subtitle (2 credits) to a full ASO analysis (18 credits). Monthly credits refresh each billing month; credit packs and your free sign-up credits never expire. If an action fails, its credits are refunded automatically. When you run out, everything you created stays in your workspace.
I don't have a website. Where do my privacy policy and support pages go?
Appsium can host them for you. Answer a few questions about the data your app collects, and App pages builds a landing page, a privacy policy, terms of use and a support page on appsium.page, with URLs you can paste straight into App Store Connect. They're included on every plan, including Free.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes. Cancel from your account and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Within 14 days of a purchase or renewal you get a full refund if you have not used its credits, or the unused share if you have. Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
