This Refund Policy explains when you can get your money back for Appsium plans and credit packs. It is part of our Terms of Service. It does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.

1. Who handles your payment

Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all Appsium orders. Paddle charges you, issues your receipt and invoice, handles tax, and processes refunds. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

2. 14-day refund window

  • First subscription payment and credit packs. You can ask for a refund within 14 days of the purchase. If you have not used any credits from that purchase, you get a full refund. If you have used some, you get back the share you did not use. For example, if you used 40 of 250 monthly credits, we refund 84% of the price. This is because each credit pays for AI processing we have already bought for you.
  • Renewals. Forgot to cancel? If you ask within 14 days of a monthly or yearly renewal and have not used any credits from the renewed period, you get a full refund and we cancel the subscription. If you have used some, we refund the unused share in the same way.
  • Upgrades. The extra amount charged for an upgrade follows the same rules, counting only the extra credits the upgrade added.

3. After 14 days

We do not refund payments after 14 days, or credits you have already used. You can still cancel at any time: the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again. Downgrading also takes effect without a refund for the current period, and you keep that period's remaining credits.

4. When something goes wrong on our side

  • If an AI action fails, its credits go back to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.
  • If you were charged twice for the same thing, or were charged after cancelling, we refund the extra charge in full, whenever you tell us.
  • If the Service is seriously unavailable for a long time, or a feature you paid for is removed during a period you paid for, we will offer a fair partial refund or extra credits.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@appsium.co from your account email. Include the order number from your Paddle receipt, if you have it. You can also ask Paddle directly through the link in your receipt or at paddle.net. We reply within 2 business days.

6. What happens after a refund

  • Credits from the refunded purchase are removed from your balance.
  • If the refund covers a subscription period, the subscription ends and your account moves to the Free plan. Your projects, free sign-up credits and credit packs you did not refund stay.
  • Please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank. We can usually sort it out faster. A chargeback ends the subscription immediately and removes the related credits. If the chargeback is later reversed in our favour, those credits are restored.

7. Fair use

We may refuse refunds where an account repeatedly buys, uses and then refunds credits, or otherwise abuses this policy. This does not affect refunds you are entitled to by law.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The version shown when you made a purchase applies to that purchase.
